Hello everyone! While watching the movie Julie and Julia - you know the one about the blogger who cooks through the Mastering the Art of French Cooking, but the actual good part is with Meryl Streep - I decided that I needed to get off my butt and get into shape. I eat way too much French food for my own good and definitely enjoy a full tankard of beer.
The hope of this blog is document my excursions throughout the City of Madison and around the County of Dane in the State of Wisconsin. I hope to be travelling the different trails that Madison and Dane County have to offer. I've lived in Madison for about 2 years now and all I really know are the bars and the dowtown area.
My goal will be to document the trails of Madison and Dane County over the next year (and use the opportunity to get in shape). I may bike, hike, or jog the trails.
So let's begin this journey on May 12, 2012.
